Dear [Hotel name] team,

I am planning a stay and would like to book an accessible room. Before booking, could you please confirm the following details for the specific room you would assign, ideally with photos showing a tape measure:

- The clear width of the room and bathroom doors (in cm)
- Whether the shower is level with the floor (no step or threshold), and the height of any lip (cm)
- The clearance under the bed for the legs of a mobile hoist (cm)
- The height of the bed from the floor to the top of the mattress (cm)
- The free space beside the bed (cm)
- The free space beside the toilet, and whether there are grab rails
- Whether a shower chair or shower commode chair is available
- The room number, and whether you can guarantee this room in writing

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,
[Your name]
